Know, however, that this is not a rule! Most of the beach is very clean and well-maintained. The water is always clear and clean, and there are free toilets, showers, and changing rooms. Notably, Bečići Beach boasts no fewer than five Blue Flag designations out of 38 in all of Montenegro, signifying extraordinary water clarity, beach quality, and safety. Bečići Beach is about 2.5 km from Budva city center. You can walk there along a seaside promenade and through a pedestrian tunnel. If you drive, parking shouldn’t be an issue as there are several free parking lots and a large one in front of Hotel Beograd where you can park for 4 EUR per day.
